Cocktails are finally back and we here at Encore are ready to celebrate their return. The cocktail celebrated its 200th Birthday last year and is ready to see out the next 200 years.Encore Liquid Therapy Sessions Cocktail Classes At Encore we offer you a variety of cocktails from the classics to our own creations made with premium Spirits, fresh juices and a lot of love mixed in from our experienced Bar staff. There has always been a cloud of Mystery surrounding the Bar & Cocktails. We would like to take this opportunity to show you the tricks of the trade when it comes to making some very tasty cocktails. We would like to show you how we make our favorite cocktails' from: Martinis, Manhattans & Margaritas.
